Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Vertical)

This is a strategic product leadership role focused on shaping healthcare technology solutions within a customer experience and communications platform.
You will own the healthcare product vision and roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, compliance, and business impact.
The role combines deep technical product management with direct engagement across healthcare providers, IT leaders, clinical stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
You will drive integrations with major EHR ecosystems and healthcare standards, including FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and Epic APIs.
Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, security, legal, and customer success teams, you will translate complex technology into measurable customer value.
