Staff Product Manager - Onboarding and Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Onboarding and Growth based in Canada.

This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role focused on shaping how practitioners discover, adopt, and realize value from a sophisticated SaaS platform.
You’ll own critical stages of the customer journey, from sign-up through first value and early product adoption.
Your work will directly influence activation, engagement, retention, and long-term customer growth.
You’ll combine customer insights, behavioral data, experimentation, and strong product judgment to solve complex problems.
Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll turn ambiguity into focused strategies and measurable outcomes.
