As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in creating simple, functional, and scalable digital experiences for business users. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other teams to transform user needs and business goals into impactful product solutions. The role combines hands-on design execution with discovery, research, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making. You will contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from understanding problems and validating hypotheses to defining interfaces and measuring outcomes. You will also help strengthen design practices, processes, rituals, and documentation across the design chapter.
