Senior Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in the United States.

The Senior Product Designer will shape a new generation of AI-powered products that transform organizational and culture data into actionable intelligence.
You will design experiences that help leaders understand engagement, team health, and workplace culture through rich data and emerging AI capabilities.
This is a highly creative, 0-to-1 role where established design patterns may not exist and you’ll help invent what comes next.
You’ll partner closely with product and engineering leaders to define what should be built, why it matters, and how it should work.
The role spans research, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and implementation, with a strong emphasis on exceptional craft.
You’ll bring a consumer-quality sensibility to B2B software, using visual storytelling, motion, illustration, and thoughtful interaction to make complex products intuitive.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a designer who thrives in ambiguity and wants to help define how AI-native products should feel.
