Overview
Jobgether is recruiting for a partner company seeking a Principal Solutions Architect. In this role, you will leverage deep expertise in healthcare technology to design and deliver transformative solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and enhanced patient experience.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with product management and business leaders to translate business goals into scalable designs.
- Design end-to-end architectures focusing on healthcare workflows and compliance.
- Serve as technical leader, guiding engineering teams with best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud services and AI frameworks for scalability and performance.
- Ensure security and compliance with standards such as FHIR and HIPAA.
- Act as a thought partner balancing innovation with regulatory constraints.
- Develop solution roadmaps and technical documentation for scalability.
- Mentor engineers and architects, fostering an innovative culture in healthcare technology.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture; 5+ years in healthcare technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record designing solutions in regulated industries.
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of AI tools and implementations.
- Experience working with Product Management and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical solutions.
- Familiarity with modern tools such as Databricks, Kubernetes, Docker, and healthcare APIs.
