About the Role: Principal Solution Architect
Jobgether is seeking a Principal Solution Architect on behalf of a partner company. In this fully remote role, you will act as a strategic technology leader, defining the enterprise architecture roadmap and ensuring its alignment across diverse organizational initiatives. You will be responsible for translating complex healthcare needs into robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions, while simultaneously establishing governance frameworks to support sustainable long-term growth. Your influence will span clinical, research, and educational platforms, driving digital transformation and engaging with cross-functional leadership.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap.
- Establish architecture standards, governance models, and design frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple domains.
- Align business strategy with scalable technical solutions.
- Provide architectural oversight for large-scale modernization efforts.
- Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
- Proven experience in complex, regulated environments (healthcare preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership in architecture roadmap development and governance frameworks.
- Strong background in digital transformation and cloud platforms.
- Experience designing cross-domain integrations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and vendor management.
