Overview

Jobgether is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Billing & Payments for a partner company in North America. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and optimization of a scalable billing and payments platform powering financial transactions for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision and multi-year roadmap for the platform.
  • Build accurate, transparent, and intuitive billing processes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure global compliance with tax, regulatory, and audit standards.
  • Optimize infrastructure to support new pricing models and market expansion.
  • Integrate with payment processors, tax engines, and billing service providers.
  • Leverage analytics to monitor metrics, diagnose issues, and drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in billing or payments.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder requirements across functions.

  • Experience with ERP systems, payment gateways, and tax compliance platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from $202,100 to $245,000 USD.
