Junior Poker Operations Specialist

As a Junior Poker Operations Specialist, you will join the Poker Room Management team and help ensure the smooth, accurate, and timely operation of an online poker platform. You will work across tournaments, cash games, promotions, CRM activities, QA, and back-office systems. This hands-on opportunity is designed for someone with a strong understanding of poker who is eager to develop operational expertise. You will configure and deploy poker content, validate product changes, support promotional initiatives, and investigate operational issues. As you gain experience, you will gradually take ownership of recurring processes and expand your knowledge across multiple areas.
