Senior Performance Marketer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on growth role focused on scaling paid acquisition for a rapidly growing AI product with a global user base.
You will own one or more major acquisition channels and be responsible for turning strong campaigns into scalable growth engines.
The role combines performance marketing, creative experimentation, funnel optimization, analytics, and media strategy.
You will work closely with senior marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and move quickly from insight to execution.
A major focus will be testing new channels, improving CAC and ROAS, and building systems that support aggressive user-growth targets.
You’ll operate in a highly autonomous, fully remote environment where speed, experimentation, ownership, and measurable results are central to how the team works.
