PBA Lead Designer

The role combines hands-on design execution with visual leadership, requiring strong instincts across social-first creative, motion graphics, presentations, and broadcast design. You will work closely with marketing, social, production, and executive stakeholders while supporting fast-paced live-event workflows. You will also help build scalable templates and visual systems that maintain consistency across platforms and campaigns.
