Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant - Payroll

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Payroll based in India.

This is a hands-on consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for North American clients.
You will translate complex payroll requirements into scalable, well-configured solutions aligned with business needs and leading practices.
The role covers the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and fit-gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders as well as onshore and offshore functional and technical teams.
A key part of the role involves ensuring payroll calculations, integrations, data conversions, and cross-functional processes perform accurately and reliably.
You will also contribute to client workshops, solution validation, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting throughout delivery.
