By reviewing representative production loan samples, you will identify quality trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to strengthen automated lending decisions. Your expertise will directly influence product improvements by translating complex underwriting findings into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams. The role combines people leadership, deep mortgage expertise, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
