Mockup Design Team Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mockup Design Team Manager based in Portugal.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and transform a large-scale 3D design operation supporting a fast-growing global commerce platform. You will manage three Design Team Leads and an overall team of thirteen 3D designers, connecting creative production with broader business and customer goals. Your focus will be on creating a highly efficient, technology-enabled production engine that delivers better visual assets at greater speed. You’ll identify workflow bottlenecks, introduce practical automation and AI solutions, and optimize capacity and resource allocation. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll use operational data, customer feedback, and e-commerce trends to improve visual performance and merchant outcomes. This is a leadership role for someone who combines creative understanding with operational discipline, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
