Key Accountabilities

- Mentor team members, offering expert technical guidance and fostering skill development.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of modern web architecture, including experience with headless CMS platforms.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in people management, specifically leading web development teams.
- Deep expertise in web security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and effectively align diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
