Senior Manager, UX

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, UX based in Canada.

This is a high-impact UX leadership role responsible for shaping connected experiences across a global go-to-market and marketplace ecosystem.
You will lead and develop a talented international team of UX designers while setting a strategic vision for the end-to-end customer journey.
The scope spans marketing touchpoints, digital experiences, learning pathways, commerce, licensing, and marketplace interactions.
You’ll bring a systems-thinking approach to complex products and integrations, ensuring experiences feel seamless across multiple touchpoints.
Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Engineering leaders, you’ll connect design strategy with broader business objectives.
The role also offers an opportunity to champion AI-driven innovation and emerging technologies that can transform how users discover, learn, and create.
