Sr. Manager Tax

This is a senior tax leadership opportunity within a global healthcare-focused organization serving customers across numerous countries and jurisdictions.
The role will oversee critical U.S. tax provision, international tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax planning, and technical research activities.
You will play an important role in optimizing the organization's tax position while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
The position offers broad cross-functional exposure, partnering with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal, external auditors, advisors, and international teams.
You will contribute to strategic initiatives including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, cash repatriation, and other business transactions.
A strong emphasis is placed on process improvement, automation, and the use of modern tax technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
This is a primarily remote role offering the opportunity to influence global tax strategy while working with a highly experienced and collaborative finance organization.
