This is a senior people leadership opportunity focused on shaping and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a rapidly growing organization in India. You will lead a recruiting function spanning both technology and non-technology hiring, while partnering closely with senior regional leadership. The role combines strategic workforce planning, executive advisory, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in critical senior-level searches. You will help build scalable, data-informed recruiting practices that improve hiring quality, predictability, and efficiency. With significant executive exposure, you will influence how talent acquisition supports organizational growth and long-term workforce strategy.
