The Senior Manager, Software Engineering will lead the teams responsible for high-performance cloud services powering real-time authentication and identity verification. This role combines strategic people leadership with deep technical oversight across distributed, customer-facing systems. You will shape the technical roadmap, operating model, and execution strategy for a critical authentication platform. The environment demands exceptional reliability, low latency, strong security, and disciplined incident management. You will work closely with Product, Security, Research, Platform, and other engineering teams to align technical investments with customer outcomes. The role also provides an opportunity to guide the responsible integration of AI/ML-powered trust signals into production systems.
