Senior Manager, Sales - Account Management

This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on driving customer expansion and retention across the EMEA Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. You will lead a high-performing team of Senior Account Managers and own the operating rhythm that turns strategy into predictable revenue growth. The role combines sales leadership, forecasting, pipeline management, strategic deal support, and people development. You will work closely with Product, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Acquisition Sales to improve customer outcomes and business performance. As a hands-on leader, you will engage directly in strategic negotiations and complex customer conversations when needed.
