Overview

Longbridge Financial, LLC, via Jobgether, is looking for a Manager, Retention & Customer Lifecycle Marketing in the United States. In this strategic leadership role, you will design and execute customer retention and lifecycle marketing programs to strengthen long-term relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead customer retention strategy aligned with business revenue goals.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization using behavioral, demographic, and predictive data.
  • Manage lifecycle marketing programs from onboarding through refinancing.
  • Implement churn prediction models and proactive win-back campaigns.
  • Oversee multi-channel retention campaigns (email, SMS, digital, etc.).
  • Guide content creation focused on refinancing, financial wellness, and homeownership.
  • Track and optimize key metrics: retention, CLV, churn, NPS, CSAT.
  • Collaborate with CRM, data, Sales, Servicing, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams.
  • Monitor industry trends to enhance retention strategies continuously.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in mortgage lending, servicing or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in marketing, focused on retention, lifecycle or loyalty programs.
  • Proven success in data-driven retention strategies and improved CLV.
  • Expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enterprise-level marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills.
