The Manager, Recruiting & Onboarding will lead a field-focused recruitment team supporting high-volume hiring across multiple markets. This role combines people leadership, recruitment strategy, employer branding, and operational execution to strengthen talent pipelines and improve the hiring experience. You will partner closely with operations leaders and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, helping teams attract and onboard the talent they need. The position will also drive recruiting technology, process improvements, data tracking, and innovative sourcing initiatives.
