Manager Marketing and Communication

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced marketing and communications professional to strengthen brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across a large community-focused organization.
The role partners closely with program, regional, site, and corporate leaders to align communications with organizational and operational priorities.
You will lead integrated marketing and communication strategies spanning internal communications, digital channels, social media, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and events.
A key part of the role is guiding and developing a marketing and communications team while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
You will also play an important role in reputation management, crisis communications, advocacy, philanthropy, and community engagement.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on content development, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.
