Senior Manager, Legal Technology, Operations & AI Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Legal Technology, Operations & AI Enablement based in the United States.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role focused on modernizing legal operations through technology, data, and AI.
You’ll build the infrastructure, workflows, and capabilities that enable a rapidly scaling legal organization to operate more efficiently and effectively.
The role combines legal operations leadership, technology implementation, process optimization, and AI enablement.
You’ll lead complex systems integrations across platforms such as contract lifecycle management, CRM, procurement, finance, and HR systems.
You’ll also develop practical AI and agentic workflows that reduce manual work and improve how legal professionals operate.
Working across Legal, Finance, IT, Sales, Procurement, HR, and other business teams, you’ll drive initiatives from strategy through adoption.
