Manager, Learning Deployment

As a Manager, Learning Deployment, you will lead the successful delivery of global learning and development solutions across a diverse learning technology ecosystem. You will oversee deployments from planning and testing through launch, maintenance, and post-launch support. The role combines learning technology expertise, project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership. You will work across learning platforms, virtual classroom technologies, content management systems, and digital learning tools to ensure solutions are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. Working with global and cross-functional teams, you will help resolve technical challenges, manage dependencies, and continuously improve deployment processes.
