Manager, GEO & Web Strategy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, GEO & Web Strategy based in the United States.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping the company’s corporate web presence and digital growth engine.
You will own the website strategy across architecture, technical execution, platform health, performance, and user experience.
A major focus will be developing GEO and AEO strategies to improve how content appears across AI-generated answers and evolving search experiences.
You will combine behavioral data, SEO-adjacent insights, and conversion analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements.
The role also includes direct leadership of an internal web developer and coordination of external agencies and resources.
You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and content teams, translating technical opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
