Manager, Energy Contract Administration

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Energy Contract Administration based in United States.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role overseeing energy regulatory compliance and the post-execution administration of complex energy agreements.
You will help protect the organization’s license to operate by ensuring registrations, licenses, filings, renewals, and other obligations are completed accurately and on time.
The role spans electricity, natural gas, utility relationships, energy procurement, and market activities supporting high-density data center operations.
You will serve as a central coordinator across Energy, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Treasury, Credit, Procurement, Sustainability, Legal, and Site Development teams.
Externally, you will work with utilities, regulators, ISO/RTO organizations, energy suppliers, advisors, and other stakeholders.
You will also build scalable processes, controls, dashboards, and workflows that improve compliance visibility and audit readiness.
