Manager, Data and Analytics

This is a leadership opportunity for a data and analytics professional who wants to use technology and evidence to support meaningful environmental outcomes. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of data products, dashboards, and analytical solutions that inform conservation decisions across Canada. The role combines people leadership, technical oversight, data governance, business intelligence, and strategic collaboration. You will manage a team of analysts while ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of core data assets and analytical outputs. Working closely with senior leaders, GIS specialists, researchers, conservation practitioners, and business partners, you will translate complex data into actionable insights.
