MANAGER, CORPORATE TRAINING and DEVELOPMENT

This role leads the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities and organizational performance.
You will partner closely with senior leadership and subject matter experts to build impactful leadership, manager, onboarding, and customer service programs.
The position combines strategic program ownership with hands-on instructional design, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
You will help shape leadership development and manager training while creating scalable learning experiences for a fully distributed workforce.
Success in this role requires using data, technology, and adult learning principles to identify capability gaps and demonstrate measurable program impact.
You will have significant visibility across the organization, including opportunities to advise executives and present recommendations to senior audiences.
