Overview
The Manager, Analytics role at Jobgether is a remote position focused on utilizing diverse data sources to generate strategic insights and recommendations. You will work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive business value and client success through customer-facing analytics solutions.
Accountabilities
- Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts

- Develop and execute the data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals
- Engage with business leaders to identify critical challenges and opportunities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships as a trusted data advisor
- Present data-driven insights to influence decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging data trends and technologies
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing and leading a team of data professionals
- 6+ years of practical experience writing and optimizing SQL queries; expert-level SQL skills
- Extensive experience in data analytics with proven leadership impact
- Proven ability to define data analytics strategies within a business unit
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
