Overview
The Lead Integration Architect role at Jobgether represents an opportunity to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). This position is remote and is focused on defining integration standards, optimizing data flows and ensuring secure, scalable integrations in complex enterprise environments.

- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Informatica IDMC
- Define integration standards and best practices for development teams
- Optimize data flows to support governance and performance
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders for successful integrations
- Ensure scalable and secure integration across complex enterprise landscapes
Requirements
- 10+ years professional experience in integration architecture or enterprise data integration
- At least 5 years hands-on experience with Informatica platforms
- Strong expertise in Informatica IDMC
- Experience in designing complex cloud and hybrid integration architectures
- Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems and data sources
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data orchestration, REST APIs and modern integration patterns
- Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and data security skills
- Fluent English is mandatory
