Role Overview

The Lead Delivery Manager role at Jobgether is a remote position where you will spearhead the end-to-end implementation of innovative products for enterprise clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget, bridge communication gaps among stakeholders, and enhance client satisfaction.

Accountabilities

  • Lead product implementations for multiple enterprise projects.
  • Act as the primary client contact during onboarding and implementation.
  • Create detailed project plans and allocate resources.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, service, and sales teams.
  • Refine implementation methodologies for consistent delivery.
  • Provide regular status updates and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in project/program/delivery management.
  • Experience in complex product implementations for enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
