Role Overview
The Lead Delivery Manager role at Jobgether is a remote position where you will spearhead the end-to-end implementation of innovative products for enterprise clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget, bridge communication gaps among stakeholders, and enhance client satisfaction.
Accountabilities
- Lead product implementations for multiple enterprise projects.
- Act as the primary client contact during onboarding and implementation.
- Create detailed project plans and allocate resources.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, service, and sales teams.
- Refine implementation methodologies for consistent delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and performance metrics to leadership.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in project/program/delivery management.
- Experience in complex product implementations for enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
