Overview
Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of a partner company for a Lead Data Engineer role. In this remote position, the candidate will refine Oracle-to-SAP mapping, ensure high-quality data integration, and contribute to efficient financial data processes.
Accountabilities
- Perform in-depth profiling and analysis of Oracle Financials data.
- Lead refinement of Oracle to SAP source-to-target mappings.
- Collaborate with ETL engineers on extraction logic and transformation requirements.
- Validate Oracle staging schemas, quality checks, and exception reports.
- Support testing, reconciliation, dry-run cycles, and defect remediation.
- Align mapping logic with SAP SME and Agris SME.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of Oracle Financials experience (GL, AP, AR, FA), familiarity with financial data migration or ERP consolidation projects, and strong communication skills along with requirements documentation capabilities. Understanding of SAP financial structures is beneficial.
