Key Accountabilities

• Create and update course shells within the Learning Management System (LMS) in accordance with universal design standards.
• Consult on LMS capabilities and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders during the course development process.
• Independently manage the curriculum feedback ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Ensure the entire course catalog maintains compliance with clarity and formatting standards.
• Review all content meticulously for alignment with Quality Matters standards, ensuring high educational integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable HTML/coding experience.
• A degree or relevant certification in educational technology, instructional design, or a closely related academic field.
• Proven experience in professional or academic editing and proofreading.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to report on data effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Suite and/or various Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet challenging deadlines.
