Instructional Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Instructional Designer based in Canada.

As an Instructional Designer, you will create engaging learning experiences that strengthen employee capabilities and support measurable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to turn performance and learning needs into practical solutions. The role spans digital, virtual, instructor-led, and blended learning environments. You’ll apply adult learning principles and established instructional design methodologies to develop high-quality content and performance support tools. Your work will directly contribute to knowledge retention, skill development, and organizational effectiveness.
