Inside Sales Learning & Development Manager

This role is responsible for elevating the capabilities and performance of inside sales teams across multiple healthcare-focused business areas.
You will design and deliver learning strategies that strengthen selling skills, product knowledge, clinical understanding, and business acumen.
The position combines instructional design, facilitation, strategic planning, and performance analysis in a highly collaborative environment.
You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR, and other stakeholders to connect learning initiatives with business priorities.
