Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist will guide clients through the full software implementation journey, from post-sale discovery through configuration, training, and launch.
You will act as a trusted partner to customers, translating their operational needs into effective system setups and tailored solutions.
The role combines project coordination, client communication, software configuration, training, and problem-solving.
You will manage multiple projects, milestones, deliverables, and client expectations while ensuring implementations remain on track.
Success in this position requires strong knowledge of golf course operations, technical confidence, and a highly organized, action-oriented approach.
