Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will serve as a trusted HR partner supporting employees and clients across Brazil and the wider LATAM region. You will bring deep expertise in Brazilian employment practices, labor regulations, benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle management. The role combines hands-on HR operations with advisory responsibilities and regional compliance initiatives. You will work closely with clients, employees, vendors, legal and HR partners, and cross-functional teams across a remote, international environment. You will also contribute to process optimization and the adoption of AI and digital tools to improve HR efficiency.
