HRSD Functional Product Owner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HRSD Functional Product Owner based in Canada.

This is a strategic product ownership role focused on improving how employees access and experience HR services through ServiceNow HRSD. You will own functional demand, translate business priorities into a clear and value-driven product backlog, and help shape scalable HR service solutions. Working closely with HR operations, Centers of Excellence, and technical product leadership, you’ll balance business value, delivery speed, platform capabilities, and user experience. Your work will directly influence self-service adoption, Tier 1 service effectiveness, automation, and overall HR service performance.
