Head of Video

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Video based in France.

As Head of Video, you will own the strategy, production, and performance of long-form and short-form video across a growing digital entertainment brand. You will define the content formats, audiences, channels, and creative direction that shape the organization’s video presence. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership of a production operation spanning YouTube, short-form social, partnerships, ambassadors, and marketing campaigns. You will build and develop a talented production team while establishing efficient workflows and consistently high creative standards. A major focus will be connecting long-form and short-form content through a systematic clip pipeline and using performance data to guide investment. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure video contributes directly to audience growth and commercial objectives.
