Job Description
Overview
Jobgether is representing a partner company in search of a Head of Technology. This remote position requires taking ownership of the entire technology stack and driving the development of AI-powered automation throughout the organization.
Accountabilities
- Own the complete technology stack including e-commerce, ERP, and data infrastructure.
- Build AI-powered automation solutions for customer service and inventory management.
- Transform prototypes into production-ready systems.
- Architect and execute integrations between platforms like Shopify Plus and internal tools.
- Establish development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and fractional CTO on technical strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Active utilization of AI tools for coding such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Systematic approach to AI-assisted development.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Must be US-based for remote work.
