Head of Innovation at Jobgether Partner Company
This pivotal remote role involves building the Innovation Department from scratch, working directly with the Chief Innovation Officer. Key Accountabilities
- Act as a force multiplier for the CIO, translating vision and strategy into clear priorities and executable plans.
- Ensure executive alignment by articulating and integrating innovation initiatives within the leadership team.
- Maintain visibility on the innovation portfolio, meticulously tracking progress and outcomes.
- Proactively identify and resolve constraints and risks to sustain momentum.
- Design and manage the daily operations of the Innovation Department.
- Define processes and execution rhythms to convert ideas into scalable outcomes.
- Drive end-to-end execution through structured experimentation and alignment of cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate successful knowledge transfer to core teams for sustainable innovation.
- Enable governance frameworks that effectively balance speed with accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English for seamless daily communication with international colleagues.
- Over 10 years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting, particularly within high-growth environments.
- Strong technical understanding coupled with experience collaborating with engineering or product teams.
- Proven ability to take initiatives from conception (0 to 1) and navigate ambiguous situations effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, underpinned by a strategic mindset.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion, crucial for partnership roles.
- Robust problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating a proactive ownership mentality.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced settings is highly desirable.
- An MBA degree is considered a valuable asset.
