Senior GTM Recruiter (Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter (Contract) based in the United States.

This is a high-impact contract recruiting role focused on building exceptional go-to-market teams within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Working directly with senior GTM leaders, you’ll shape hiring strategies, build targeted talent pipelines, and bring top-performing candidates into the organization.
The role requires deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market sales profiles, SaaS hiring dynamics, and modern sourcing practices.
You’ll operate as a strategic recruiting partner while remaining highly hands-on, balancing speed, candidate quality, and a strong hiring bar.
As a contractor, you’ll be expected to ramp quickly, manage multiple searches independently, and make an immediate impact with minimal setup.
