About the Full Stack Software Engineer Role

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute to a long-term initiative focused on developing modern internal tools that optimize operational workflows and task execution. The role involves working across backend services, front-end interfaces, and mobile-integrated systems with opportunities to implement machine learning and GenAI components.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java 21+.
- Build production-ready front-end interfaces using React with responsive mobile designs.
- Integrate machine learning and AI capabilities into operational workflows.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform services like Pub/Sub and Vertex AI.
- Adhere to best practices in clean architecture, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and documentation efforts.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Java 21+ and object modelling (JSON) concept.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
- Experience in designing responsive interfaces, especially for mobile integration.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and AI-enhanced development tools.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Must reside within the continental U.S. and work exclusively on this W-2 contract role.
