Financial Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on financial operations role focused on the workflows that keep customer money moving accurately, securely, and efficiently.
You will take ownership of cash operations, payment exceptions, reconciliations, and partner settlements while maintaining strong operational controls.
The role involves close collaboration with Finance, Treasury, Product, Compliance, Customer Success, banking partners, and other stakeholders.
You will investigate transaction issues end to end, resolve discrepancies, and ensure financial records remain accurate and audit-ready.
Beyond daily operations, you will help improve processes through data, automation, and responsible use of AI.
You will have meaningful ownership in a fully remote environment while contributing to scalable financial operations as the business grows.
