Accountabilities
- Manage executive schedules, prioritize communications, and handle travel arrangements.
- Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, drafting and proofreading correspondence.
- Organize files, conduct research, and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Assist in project planning and execution, coordinating logistics and tracking timelines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients, providing proactive support.
- Assist with general admin tasks for the business.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- 1.5+ years proven experience as a personal/executive assistant.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational abilities and discretion.
- Experience with Canva tools is preferred.
- Ability to work across a variety of different tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to carry out ad hoc admin tasks independently and efficiently.
