Equipment Supply Manager

This role provides end-to-end leadership for the delivery of critical equipment supporting a major advanced nuclear energy project.
You will serve as the central point of accountability across engineering, procurement, quality, fabrication, testing, logistics, construction, commissioning, and licensing.
The position combines technical leadership, project management, supply chain coordination, and stakeholder engagement across highly interdependent teams.
You will establish execution strategies, manage delivery milestones, and ensure equipment is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The role requires strong judgment to identify risks, resolve complex issues, and rapidly develop recovery plans when project performance changes.
You will also help maintain rigorous quality, regulatory, and governance standards throughout the equipment lifecycle.
