Senior Engineering Manager, Platform

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience foundations behind a fast-growing financial technology platform. You will lead and develop a high-performing platform engineering team spanning Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and Developer Experience. The role combines people leadership with strong technical influence, requiring you to set direction while staying close enough to the systems to make meaningful architectural decisions. You will help balance rapid delivery with security, scalability, resilience, and operational excellence in a regulated environment. A key focus will be building AI-powered internal tools and agentic workflows that automate repetitive work and enhance engineering productivity. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, compliance, and product teams across the organization.
