Sr. Engineering Manager, PCI ISO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager, PCI ISO based in Brazil.

As a Sr. Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing software engineering team building secure, scalable, and reliable payment technology.
You’ll combine people leadership with hands-on technical direction across distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
The role has a strong focus on PCI and ISO8583-based payment and card-issuing environments, where reliability and security are critical.
You’ll oversee the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and technical planning through testing, deployment, and production support.
You’ll partner with global stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions and guide strategic engineering decisions.
You’ll also champion observability, operational excellence, automation, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI.
