Engineering Manager - IT & Security

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing IT, security, and compliance within a fast-moving, fully remote organization. You will lead a small team while shaping the company’s broader security posture, policies, processes, and technical controls. The role spans internal IT operations, security engineering, vulnerability management, compliance audits, and employee support. You will partner closely with Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Operations to embed secure and scalable practices across the business. As the organization grows, you will have the opportunity to automate processes, expand the security function, and define its future direction.
