This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Trade and Distribution based in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and operationalize a U.S. trade and distribution strategy ahead of an anticipated first commercial launch.
The role will establish scalable channel infrastructure across specialty pharmacy, specialty distribution, wholesaler, retail, mail-order, and 3PL models.
As the internal subject matter expert, you will shape channel strategy, partner selection, launch readiness, and ongoing distribution performance.
You will work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams.
The position combines strategic design with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, emerging commercial environment.
You will also establish governance, KPIs, operating processes, and external partnerships that support product availability and patient access.
